The programme is free to join and has five levels – Blue entry level, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black.

HOW TO EARN REWARD POINTS

Earn Aspers Rewards Points every time you play at any of our casinos. Just insert your card into slot machines, electronic roulette terminals or hand it over to our Dealers at the tables.

100 Reward Points = £1

Reward Points are valid for one year from the day they’re earned, unless you don’t use your card for 6 months, in which case your whole balance will expire.

Exchange your Reward Points for FREEPLAY XTRA to use on slot machines or electronic gaming terminals or FREEPLAY CHIPS to use at our live tables.

Ready to redeem?

Checking your Reward Points balance is easy, just insert your card into any slot machine or electronic roulette terminal, or ask a member of the team to check for you.

To redeem FREEPLAY XTRA at a slot machine or electronic gaming terminal, simply enter a six-digit pin number (day, month, year of birthday in 01 01 01 format) via the member display screen and choose the amount to redeem. Balances are redeemable starting from amounts of £1.

To redeem FREEPLAY CHIPS, visit the Cash Desk and hand over your membership card. There is a £5 minimum and played as a single, non-negotiable, bet.

To redeem your Reward Points on food and/or drinks, simply show your membership card at the point of purchase and let the Aspers’ team member know how many Points you would like to redeem (minimum redemption amount £1).

Each Aspers Rewards tier unlocks it’s own range of benefits. The Aspers Rewards Points you earn from 1 January to 31 December determines your tier status for the next year.
