Welcoming back visitors

Being able to welcome back both guests and employees into an enjoyable and safe environment, with heightened health and safety protocols amid the COVID-19 pandemic, is our absolute priority, and we have looked at best practices to keep stakeholders, within the communities we operate in, as safe and comfortable as possible.

The casinos have implemented extensive safety training for employees prior to reopening, including an emphasis on extra cleaning, physical distancing and sanitising stations within high-traffic areas.

HOW WE WILL OPERATE

  • Properties will allow up to half their occupancy for physical distancing.
  • All casino staff have undergone distancing protocol and COVID-19 awareness training, with temperature checks for all employees implemented at the start of their shifts.
  • Hand-sanitising stations placed throughout each casino and the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in all common and back-of-house areas increased.
  • Prior to entering the casino floor, guests will be asked to sanitise their hands.
  • A distancing protocol with markers in key floor areas has been implemented within the properties’ common and back-of-house areas, with employees instructed to wash their hands at the beginning of their shift, during break periods and other times.
  • Table games limited to three seats per table and slot machines and electronic roulette terminals, there will be a combination of dividers, out of service messages and chairs removed, with disinfecting taking place after each guest.
  • Guests encouraged to keep to the left and lifts limited to two guests.
  • All beverage and snack service offerings will be table service only.
  • Face coverings available for purchase by guests at entrances.
  • Onsite ‘Clean Teams’ at all times to sanitise surfaces.
  • Guests encouraged to pay by contactless where possible.
  • Well-functioning air conditioning systems serviced during the lockdown period and have filter upgrades.

Here at our casino you must:

  • Follow the limits on the number of other people you should meet with as a group; no more than six people within the same household (or within the same support bubble)
  • Avoid social interaction with anyone outside the group you are with, even if you see other people you know
