Aspers Sales & Event Co-ordinators assist the Food & Beverage operation, and the Marketing Manager by selling and project managing our event initiatives. Events can be either nationally driven by the organisations marketing team or site specific driven by operational management requirements. The project management of an event includes, but is not limited to management of the event budget; the planning and co-ordination of approved events; taking ownership of the event from conception as well as having a presence at the event and being a trouble-shooter if required. Fundamentally the role involves delivering exceptional customer service standards through frontline operational sales and identification of revenue opportunities. Please note that this role functions in a business that operates as a 7 day 24-hour complex, and as such full flexibility is required. The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within The Casino MK & Aspers Northampton. This will mean evening & weekend obligations outside of ‘normal’ working hours for events and marketing campaigns organised.
