Aspers is a premier entertainment destination for all local and international visitors. We provide patrons with a broad choice of gaming options, restaurant and bar hospitality, live entertainment and other leisure offerings to meet their expectations.

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced front of house professional for our Westfield Stratford City site. The successful applicant will be expected to meet and greet customers at our main reception desk as part of the Guest Services team, deal with customer telephone enquiries, actively promote Aspers World by registering new members, recording visits for existing members and advising all customers on the benefits of the Scheme and current promotions.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • 1 year + customer service experience in a customer facing/reception role.
  • Computer Literate

  • Able to work in a fast paced busy environment
  • Work well within a team and alone, as required
  • Organised and efficient approach to work
  • Pays attention to detail

Additional Information

This role will follow a fully flexible rota pattern and include evening, night and weekend shifts outside of “normal” working hours.
Guest Services team is part of a 7 day 24 hour operation, as such flexibility is required by the incumbent.
