We are currently recruiting for an F&B Supervisor who is ambitious and enthusiastic to lead a team of Bar and Waiting staff.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery of outstanding customer service.
  • Oversea daily operations to ensure smooth running of the shift.
  • Supervise a team or bar and waiting staff.
  • Stock takes and daily requisitions.
  • Ability to confidently deliver training to the team.
  • Processing transactions and discounts on our Epos till system.
  • Knowledge of products and offerings.
  • A clear understanding of our membership and loyalty scheme.

Selection Criteria (Essential)

  • Supervisory/Management experience in a fast-paced F&B environment.
  • Previous experience with EOD process on EPOS systems.
  • Understanding of the relevant legislation on the responsible service of alcohol.
  • Knowledge of the relevant rules and regulations on H&S legislation.
  • Practical knowledge of service industry and service culture.
  • Personal Licence holder(desirable)

Please note that this role functions in a business that operates evenings and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required.  The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within Aspers & this will mean evening & weekend obligations outside of ‘normal’ working hours
