Who are we looking for?

We are seeking self-driven and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Food & Beverage Host in our established Northampton Casino. We are looking to recruit individuals for full and part time roles.

What will you do?

 You will be accountable for optimising customer experience through service.

• A relentless focus on customer satisfaction and recognition
• Sustaining the effectiveness of the Casino Hospitality function
• Contributing to the department operating efficiently and in accordance with licensing regulations

Selection Criteria (Desirable)

• A minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience
• Previous experience in a hospitality role
• A relentless focus on customer satisfaction and recognition
