We are currently seeking a professional individual for the opportunity to become an Electronic Gaming Host at our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site.

Aspers Electronic Gaming Hosts are responsible for ensuring that customer visits to Slot machine and Electronic Gaming provide excitement and entertainment through the delivery of outstanding customer service; ensuring the basic maintenance and appearance of designated areas; reporting any malfunctions or any suspicious behaviour; reporting any suspicion of problem gambling; reporting any suspicion of organised and systematic money lending; reporting any suspicion of money laundering.

Selection Criteria:

• A minimum of 6 months customer service experience in a fast paced, high volume Entertainment, F&B or Casino based environment.
• Effective communicators
• Customer Service focused
• Service industry experience and knowledge (desirable).
• Clear, concise and positive communication skills

• Sympathetic but assertive approach to actioning complaints

Electronic Gaming Host role forms part of a 7 day 24 hour operation, as such flexibility is required. There is a minimum expectation that the role will work shifts and this means evening and weekend obligations outside of “normal” working hours.
