What do we ask from you?

The successful applicants will ensure that customers playing in our electronic gaming areas are provided with outstanding customer service, whilst ensuring all customers who enter the casino are compliant with license conditions.

This role is requires someone who a highly motivated, organised team player whilst not being afraid to get hands-on delivering great customer service. The successful person will have done this in their previous role, however training will be provided.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • A Friendly polite personality capable of offering great customer service in a fast paced, high-volume environment
  • Understanding of Challenge 25.
  • Understanding the responsible service of alcohol. 

Personal Characteristics:

  • Flexible with regards to hours
  • Confident in decision making
  • Ability for independent working in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Able to self- motivate
  • Organised and efficient approach to work
  • Pays attention to detail 

Additional Information

This role forms part of a 7 day and night operation, as such flexibility is required by the successful candidate. There is a minimum expectation that the role will work shifts and this means evening and weekend obligations outside of “normal” working hours.
