We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the opportunity to become a full-time Casino Cashier at our Newcastle site. Cashiers are responsible for ensuring that Aspers core service values are demonstrated through the provision of an exceptional customer experience at the cash desk.

Cashiers will be well presented; be focused on providing a positive service culture; display the expected professional behaviors as well as maintain cash desk efficiency, integrity, and consistency. The successful applicants will be responsible for:

  • Providing consistently high standards of Customer Service
  • Sustaining the effectiveness of the Casino Cash Desk function
  • Contribute to the Gaming department operating efficiently and in accordance with regulations
  • Ensuring that customers are dealt with efficiently and in accordance with regulations

Selection Criteria (Essential)

  • 12 months customer service experience

Selection Criteria (Desirable)

  • PFL holder
  • Customer Service experienced and focused
  • A minimum of 12 months casino cashier experience
  • A minimum of 12 months Gaming Supervisory experience;
