Bar Tenders & Waiting Staff £23,019pa

Due to a brand-new bar opening we are currently recruiting bar tenders & waiting staff to join our existing team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of outstanding customer service.
• Serving food and beverage.
• Open and close of the F&B operation.
• Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Processing transactions and discounts on our Epos till system.
• Knowledge of products and offerings.
• A clear understanding of our membership and loyalty scheme.
• The importance of knowing your customers in a casino environment.

Selection Criteria (Desirable)

• Experience in a fast-paced F&B environment preferred however not essential as training will be provided.
• Understanding of the relevant legislation on the responsible service of alcohol.
• Knowledge of the relevant rules and regulations on H&S legislation.
• Practical knowledge of service industry and service culture.

Please note that this role functions in a business that operates evenings and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required. The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within Aspers & this will mean evening & weekend obligations outside of ‘normal’ working hours.
