We are seeking to recruit for the position of Electronic Gaming Host at our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site.

This position reports to the Electronic Gaming Manager, and your responsibilities will be:

  • To ensure that customer visits to Slot Machine and Electronic Gaming provide excitement and entertainment through the delivery of outstanding customer service.
  • To ensure the  basic maintenance and appearance of designated areas.
  • To report any malfunctions or any suspicious behaviors; reporting any suspicion of problem gambling; reporting any suspicion of organized and systematic money lending; reporting any suspicion of money laundering.

Selection Criteria

  • A minimum of 6 months customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume Entertainment, F&B or Casino based environment. Focused on cultivating a positive Customer Service experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship- building skills
  • Service industry experience and
  • Clear, concise and positive communication skills
  • Sympathetic but assertive approach to actioning complaints 

Aligned to Gambling Legislation, all applicants must be aged 18 or over to work at Aspers.

This role functions in a business that operates evenings, nights, and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required, The rote will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within Aspers & this will mean evening & weekend obligations outside of 'normal' working hours.
