A new role to the Business has become available for a Gaming professional at Aspers Westfield Stratford City.
Aspers Head Cashier is accountable for providing directional, positive and visible leadership for the Cash Desk and Count Teams, ensuring the smooth and effective day-to-day running of the Cash Desk and Count room areas. For the Cash Desk team the purpose of the role is to achieve exceptional customer service within budget whilst maintaining high standards of compliance to legislation (including but not limited to AML, RG and Premises license conditions) and company policy, minimising procedural and financial errors within the department.
For the Count Team the purpose of the role is to achieve accurate count processes, minimising cost through the management of count processes and maximising efficiencies within the department, along with ensuring the Count Team provide the necessary support to the Cash Desk team in order for them to maximise service standards front of house.
Selection Criteria (Desirable)
A minimum of 5 years management experience in a Casino Cash Desk environment
Ability to become a PML holder
Technical understanding of cash desk technology and process
Understanding of IG systems
Solid understanding of leadership and management practices
